At By Kids For Kids, we take pride in offering fun, creative products made by kids, for kids. While we hope you love everything you order, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. Please review our refund and return policy below.
🛍️ General Return Policy

You may request a return or refund for non-customized merchandise within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition.

To start a return, please contact us at Create@ByKidsForKidsUSA.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond with next steps.
🚫 Customized Items Are Non-Refundable
Due to the nature of made-to-order and customized products—including items featuring original designs or artwork—we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on:

Custom apparel (shirts, hoodies, etc.)

Personalized books

Printed artwork or stickers

Any item made with user-submitted content
All custom items are printed specifically for you and cannot be resold. Please double-check all details before placing your order.
📦 Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include a photo of the product and packaging, and we’ll work with you to make it right.
